Champion's Academy Goes Green: Commitment to Paper-Free Operations by End of 2026

Champion's Academy RDC announces its environmental commitment to become a paper-free facility by the end of 2026. This sustainability initiative is part of the academy's broader digital transformation strategy.

In a bold move toward environmental responsibility, Champion's Academy RDC has announced its commitment to achieving paper-free operations by December 2026. This initiative reflects the academy's dedication to sustainability.

Why Going Paper-Free Matters

The Democratic Republic of Congo is home to the world's second-largest rainforest. By eliminating paper from daily operations, Champion's Academy aims to reduce its carbon footprint and set an example for other businesses in Kinshasa.

"As Congolese, we have a special responsibility to protect our natural heritage," says founder Danyo Ilunga.

Digital Solutions Replacing Paper

The transition involves digital signing for membership registration, electronic receipts and invoices, digital class schedules through the members app, and paperless training plans via the Gymosphere platform.

Part of the Digitalization Vision

This environmental initiative aligns with the academy's digitalization plan led by Jay N. Kalala. "Going paper-free creates a better experience for our members and staff," explains the Head of Digitization.

Benefits for Members

Members will enjoy faster registration, instant access to documents, easier fitness journey tracking, secure digital records, and the satisfaction of training at an environmentally responsible facility.
