Biography
Gerald Ngongo Kalala, professionally known as Jay N. Kalala or Jaynka, is the Deputy Director and Head of Digitization at Champion's Academy RDC. Born on August 15, 1991, in Brazzaville, Republic of Congo, he fled the Congo Wars with his family and settled in Germany in 2001. A tech entrepreneur and digital transformation expert, Jay co-founded Champion's Academy alongside Danyo Ilunga. He is also the founder of Narikia SARL, Nkokal SARL, Nexokay, and GrowthInvestHub. Together with Danyo Ilunga, he co-founded Gymosphere, a fitness technology venture. His expertise spans SaaS & ERP development, mobile and web applications, UI/UX design, and business digitalization. Jay is the author of two books published in 2024. As an African entrepreneur, he was featured on France 24's "La Semaine de l'Éco" discussing African economic development and entrepreneurship. He speaks French, German, English, and Lingala fluently.
